The mysterious white object stayed for five minutes before vanishing, but when it reappeared, it merged with another UFO in front of them, according to the JetBlue pilot.
The cockpit video of a pilot capturing a UFO “transforming” in mid-flight has sparked debate among conspiracy theorists.
Last week, at 37,000 feet, the fascinating video was captured somewhere over Texas, United States.
“OffshoreAttorney,” a Reddit user, said he received the footage from his best friend, a JetBlue Airlines pilot, and posted it to the UFO community.
The 30-second video shows a panoramic view of a bright blue sky with thick clouds rolling in the background.
For a few seconds, a white spot appears on the horizon, slowly turning translucent before disappearing behind the clouds.
“Over Texas, 4:20 p.m. EST, ground speed 500, 37,000 feet,” according to the pilot.
“There is nothing visible on the radar for Air Traffic Control, and nothing visible on the Traffic Collision Avoidance System.”
“We were witness to it for about five minutes before it vanished and reappeared.
It appeared as if two boxes had melted into one another.
“The actual sighting was even better than this video depicts.
We were taken aback.”

UFO enthusiasts speculated that the pilots may have captured a spectacular moment similar to that described by the US Navy pilot in the Pentagon Report.
“‘Two boxes melting into each other’ sounds similar to Lt.’s report of a ‘cube inside a sphere.’
“Ryan Graves is sometimes described as a radar reflector,” one person wrote.
“I’d like to see this magnified and stabilized.”
“Seems like it might’ve been a cool sighting based on the description,” another said, “but this video is useless in my opinion.”
“Do pilots have binoculars in the cockpit?” one asked, after struggling to make anything out of the “poor quality video.”
“I’m just curious because that might be a good way to get a better visual.”
“This appears to be nothing more than a white dot.”
